The Community Hospice Light-A-Life program is a heartwarming tradition for community members to memorialize a loved one during the holiday season.

This year’s tree lighting ceremony will be held in-person and live streaming on Saturday, December 5, 2026, beginning at 4:00 pm at our NEW LOCATION:

Folklore has it, that a cardinal's appearance is meant to show us that we are not alone.

Tags and ornaments will be shipped separately.

For your loved ones name to be included in the Program, tag orders need to be received by November 25th.
All tag orders received by November 16th will be received in homes by the December 5th event.
All tag orders received after November 16th will be received after the December 5th event.
