Holiday Memorial Tag

With your gift of $25, two holiday memorial tags will be made bearing your loved one’s name.
One will be hung on the Light-A-Life tree at the tree lighting ceremony, the second will be sent to you, for perhaps hanging on your tree and we will read your loved one’s name during the reading of the names.
Tags and ornaments will be shipped separately.
Due to a printing issue, there was a slight delay with the tag printing. All tags will be shipped early next week.
- For your loved ones name to be included in the Program, tag orders need to be received by December 2nd.
- All tag orders received by November 17th will be received in homes by December 7th event.
- All tag orders received after November 17th will be received after the December 7th event.
