Join us along with Mistress of Ceremonies Liz Bishop, CBS Anchor, to celebrate the work of The Community Hospice and The Eddy VNRA bringing comfort and support to thousands of people daily in our communities. With your participation, you will help ensure that our patients  and families receive the support they need.

Your Donation Matters

Your donation will help ensure that care and assistance is available to local patients and families of The Community Hospice and The Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association who need special support, guidance and expertise to improve their quality of life and outcomes.

With your help, we can make a dramatic difference in how, where and when vitally important medical care is delivered. All proceeds go towards providing the kind of compassionate care all families deserve.
