The Community Hospice tree of Love is a new tradition for community members to memorialize a loved one during the holiday season.
With your gift of $25, two holiday memorial tags with your loved one’s name will be made. One will be hung on the tree at the tree lighting ceremony, the second is for you to bring home.
This beautiful lighted angel ornament will be a warm reminder of your loved one. We will have a limited number of these available the night of the tree lighting for $25 each.
Orders for tags need to be received by 11/22/19 to be included on the tree.
